The kiddos woke up about 8 a.m., which was a treat for everyone. Bryce and Belle both brought me their gifts, cards, poems and pictures they had made me at school. They were so excited and I love it all. Berkeley gave me a hug. It was awesome. Then I gave Sean a wink which meant EVERYONE OUT I WANT TO SLEEP IN!!! He got it and took the kids down stairs. He made them breakfast and yelled up stairs a few time telling the kids not to knock on my door. The kids, standing right outside my door would yell down to him saying they were just waiting for me. Sooo, there wasn't a lot of sleep but thank goodness for my black berry and the Internet/facebook on it!!!
I did eventually get up, took a shower and Sean too Bryce and Berkeley to breakfast and Belle and I joined my mom and Suzie (who had Starbucks waiting for us) for a pedicure, lunch and a small shopping spree from my mom.
We then came home and had a family bar b q at our house.
It was a wonderful day, the weather was fab (until now, it's raining) and the kids cards and gifts were priceless
I LOVE being a mom!!!
